Stonebrook Circle was thoughtfully designed for our client to accommodate a variety of tenant spaces along the busy and bustling intersection of Stonebrook Parkway and Teel Parkway. Building A boasts a spacious area of 23,000 square feet, while building B offers 15,900 square feet, featuring a charming small courtyard nestled conveniently between both buildings. This innovative design fosters an inviting atmosphere that allows patrons to mingle and take a well-deserved break while shopping; with ample seating arrangements and ample shade, this courtyard serves as a welcoming congregating space for everyone to enjoy and relax together.
Designed to optimize the available space and accommodate both buyers and residents, the central courtyard is generously sized, allowing children to play freely while adults can sit and converse with friends in a comfortable setting.
